High Tide in Wellman

Heavy rains Monday and Tuesday, combined with previous rainfall, brought water levels of three to four feet in the area of 3rd Street where the soccer field was completely under water, a car was partially “drowned” and the high rising playground equipment did not seem so high from the top of the water.
