Washington County Fair 2010 Royalty

Shelby Sieren, the 2009 Washington County Fair Queen, crowned her successor, Hayley Sieren, Sunday during the queen contest in the Washington Community Center, county fairgrounds. At right are Joanna Hodder, the 2010 fair princess, and Janelle Erwin, who was voted Miss Congeniality by the 11 other contestants.
