Suzanne J. Vaughan

Suzanne J. Vaughan, 78, of Coralville, Iowa, died Sunday, May 31, 2009, in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa, of pneumonia and other complications.
Funeral mass will be held Thursday, June 4, 2009, at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Iowa City. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Visitation was Wednesday, June 3, 2009, ,from 4-7 p.m. in Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, 605 Kirkwood Avenue, Iowa City, with a Rosary recited at 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Building Fund or the American Lung Association.
Suzanne Mill was born February 15, 1931, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Ray and Gladys Mill, and moved to Ogden, Iowa shortly after. She was united in marriage to Francis Vaughan of Odgen April 11, 1950. She enjoyed many activities including sewing, bridge clubs, the Old Capitol #136 Questers, volunteering at her church, and music.
Mrs. Vaughan is survived by her husband, Francis Vaughan, and four children, Matthew Vaughan and friend Chris Parker, Wellman, Iowa; Patrick Vaughan and wife Selina, Burbank, California; Timothy Vaughan, Ft. Collins, Colorado; and Sally Vaughan, Denver, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
