Bruce and Janette Temple of Ainsworth announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Catherine, to Timothy James Scheetz. He is the son of Robert Scheetz of Coralville and Kay Scheetz of Iowa City. Ms. Temple is a graduate of Iowa State University and is currently finishing her master’s degree in human development and family studies from Iowa State University. Her fiance will be studying engineering next fall at the University of Iowa. A June wedding is planned.

Laura Czyzewicz and Nathaniel Ristow exchanged wedding vows August 2, 2008, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Riverside, Iowa. Deacon David Reha officiated the service. A reception was held in the American Legion Post $457, Lone Tree, Iowa, following the ceremony.
Kelly Czyzewicz, sister of the bride, from Madison, Wisconsin, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cassi Miller, friend of the couple, Bozeman, Montana; Heidi DeGood, friend of the bride, Iowa City, Iowa; and Christine Heubner, cousin of the bride, Forest Park, Illinois.
Natalie Kazmierowicz, cousin of the bride from Brookfield, Illinois, was flower girl.
The best man was Andrew Ristow, brother of the bridegroom, from Lincoln. Groomsmen were James Ristow, Thaddaeus Ristow, and Simon Ristow, all brothers of the groom from Lincoln.
Ushers were Kirk Czyzewicz, brother of the bride, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; and Mark Czyzewicz, brother of the bride, Riverside.
Ethan Czyzewicz, cousin of the bride, from Naperville, Illinois, was ring bearer.
The couple took their honeymoon in Key West, Florida.
