Highland boys advance

The Highland boys’ basketball team defeated

Springville at Highland 51-44 to advance in the state playoffs tournament.
Aaron Swailes led the scoring for Highland with 12 points, all of them from shooting 100 percent at the free throw line. Swailes also led in rebounds with seven and assists with four.
Jacob Seaton scored nine points. Jordan Walker had three steals and three assists in the game. Skyler Houseal had five rebounds and four steals.
The Huskies only scored six points in the first quarter, but three strong quarters later, they walked away with the win.
